Challenge
The influencer marketing agency Fizz hired SENNO to develop a platform for creating and managing campaigns with influencers.
The application, which will be launched soon, aims to automate relationships with creators on a large scale, connecting brands with nano and micro influencers and professionalizing the market.
SENNO applied its innovation management methodology to the project, carrying out immersion and ideation work to analyze the innovation challenge in depth and translating these findings into a functional prototype.
The initial challenge of the project was to understand the problems existing in the influencer market and define an opportunity for exploration for the new startup, which aims to connect brands and agencies with influencers through a digital platform.
To this end, 30 interviews were conducted to analyze the pain points of influencers, brands and agencies, confirming the initial hypotheses of the project. A questionnaire about the influencer market was created and the interviewees were people who work in marketing agencies and medium and large brands, influencers and influencer consultants.
After the study, the SENNO team segmented the audience into personas with specific needs, motivations and behaviors, identifying hundreds of findings for different target audience profiles.
At the same time, the team analyzed competitors that already operate in the influencer market, such as Brazilian and foreign platforms.
SENNO also delivered a trend radar to map topics and news in the target market, listing opportunities for innovation with existing technology.
Results
After creating comprehensive documentation on the findings, benchmarks and trends, and defining the value proposition, SENNO’s User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) team began creating the ideal user journey for the platform’s various target audiences. This work was crucial for creating the wireframe and, later, the navigable prototype for the desktop and mobile versions.
The concept testing carried out allowed for the identification of errors, saved time and provided a space to validate ideas. This was because the prototype was presented to some people who had been interviewed previously, who provided feedback and generated valuable insights to improve usability and iterate on the project.
What's next?
SENNO helped create the platform's valuation and pitch deck, with the aim of facilitating fundraising from investors and venture capital funds. We also helped develop a market entry strategy, which included a sales planning study and pricing for services and products.
The startup is in the fundraising phase and will carry out all technological development in partnership with SENNO, including using our proprietary AI.
